The Marketplace is a venue where issuers may post service requests, save providers to a shortlist, and review proposals, and where providers may publish service offerings and submit proposals. Wanderport is not a party to any service request, listing, proposal, shortlist, inquiry, or engagement between users. Wanderport does not employ, supervise, or endorse issuers or providers, and does not negotiate, perform, or guarantee their services.
A proposal, acceptance, shortlist, or message does not by itself create a contract with Wanderport. Any engagement is solely between the users and is governed by the terms they agree between themselves. Fees that users agree to pay one another are payable between those users. Wanderport does not collect or hold those fees unless a charge is identified on the site as payable to Wanderport, such as a subscription or featured placement. Wanderport has no obligation to mediate disputes about an engagement, a proposal, payment between users, or the quality of work.
Listings, proposals, profiles, and featured or sponsored placement are not endorsements, referrals, or recommendations. Featured or sponsored placement is paid advertising. It does not mean a user is verified, qualified, or suitable. Verification, when offered, is a limited review of specific credentials or facts described in the Verification Policy. It is not a guarantee of competence, licensing, or future performance.
A service request may be public, limited to approved providers, or posted so the issuer’s identity is withheld until a proposal is accepted. That setting controls display only. Budgets, proposed fees, timelines, and deliverables are statements by users. Wanderport does not set or verify them, and does not pre-screen every listing or proposal.
Nothing on the Marketplace is an offer to sell, a solicitation to buy, or a recommendation of any security, financing, reverse merger, shell company, or other transaction.
