Privacy Policy

Last Updated: October 15, 2026

Wanderport Corp (“Wanderport,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates Issuer Works, our online platform for a professional marketplace, issuer and provider directories, filing ratings, analysis, and related services (the “Service” or “Issuer Works”). We value your privacy and are committed to protecting personal information and being transparent about how we collect, use, and disclose it.

This Privacy Policy describes how Wanderport Corp handles personal information when you visit Issuer Works, create an account, publish a profile or Marketplace listing, use our filing rating tools, or order a full compliance report. Our services are intended for business and professional use. This policy should be read with our Terms of Service.

1. Scope of This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information Wanderport Corp collects through Issuer Works (including issuerworks.com and related pages).

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we collect:

  • Through our website and online services, including accounts, directories, the Marketplace, filing ratings, and report ordering
  • When you create an account, publish a profile, post a service request or offering, submit a proposal or inquiry, upload PDF filings, subscribe to the newsletter, or complete a purchase
  • In connection with customer support, verification reviews, order fulfillment, and service communications
  • When operating, securing, and improving our business

This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites or services linked from our site, including payment processors that maintain their own privacy policies.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

  • Account information, such as your name, email address, password, role, and company or firm name
  • Profile and directory information you choose to publish, such as a company or firm description, website, locations, team or management contacts, credentials, licenses, and contact email, phone, or address
  • Marketplace information, including service requests, service offerings, proposals, shortlists, and inquiries. A service request may include an issuer name, contact name, contact email, description, budget, timing, and the visibility setting you select
  • Materials you submit for a verification review, such as information about identity, authority, a professional license, registration, or business existence
  • PDF documents you upload for analysis or report fulfillment
  • Newsletter email addresses, and contact-form details such as your name, company, email, phone, and message
  • Order and checkout information processed on our behalf by payment providers
  • Communications you send to us (for example, support or order-related messages)

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • IP address, browser type, and device information
  • Pages viewed, referring URLs, and general usage data
  • Server logs and security-related event data

2.3 Information from Third Parties

  • Payment confirmations and transaction status from Stripe
  • Delivery and fraud-prevention signals from service providers we use to operate the site

3. How We Use Personal Information

We may use personal information to:

  • Create and secure accounts, and remember drafts or preferences stored in your browser
  • Publish directory profiles and operate the Marketplace, including service requests, offerings, proposals, shortlists, and inquiries
  • Display Marketplace and directory information to other users according to the visibility setting you select
  • Review verification submissions and label featured or sponsored placement
  • Provide filing ratings, compliance analysis, and full report fulfillment
  • Process orders and payments, and deliver reports or notices to the email address you provide
  • Send newsletters you request, and respond to contact-form and support messages
  • Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, moderate, and improve our website and services
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues
  • Comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations

Analysis of uploaded filings may involve automated and AI-assisted processing. Outputs are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, accounting, or investment advice.

4. How We Share Personal Information

We may share personal information with:

  • Other users and site visitors, when you publish a profile, service offering, service request, proposal, or inquiry. What they can see depends on the visibility setting described in Section 5. Users who receive that information are not our service providers, and their later use of it is outside our control
  • Service providers that perform services on Wanderport’s behalf in connection with Issuer Works, such as cloud hosting, email delivery, payment processing, account authentication, and AI analysis infrastructure
  • Professional advisors, such as legal counsel, auditors, or insurers, where appropriate
  • Authorities or third parties, when required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public
  • Successors or acquirers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets

We do not sell personal information in the traditional sense and do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Marketplace and Directory Visibility

Information you choose to publish is visible to others according to the setting on that profile or listing. A public company or provider profile may show the name, description, and contact details you include, such as email, phone, website, and address. A public service request may show the request and the issuer name. A request limited to approved providers is intended for that audience. An anonymous request withholds the issuer’s identity from display until a proposal is accepted.

Anonymity and other visibility settings control what other people see. We still hold the account, contact name, and contact email you submitted. We use that information to operate the request, associate it with your account, and administer proposals. Proposals are shared with the issuer that posted the request and with the provider that submitted the proposal. An inquiry is sent to the provider you contact and is also processed by us.

Do not include material nonpublic information, or confidential information you are not authorized to disclose, in a profile, request, offering, proposal, or inquiry. Published Marketplace content is not confidential, as further described in the Terms of Service.

If you submit materials for verification, we use them to review the specific fact described in our Verification Policy. Featured or sponsored placement is advertising. It may change how prominently a profile or listing is shown. Verification remains a separate review of specific facts.

6. AI Processing and Uploaded Filings

When you submit a PDF for rating or order a full report, we process the document and related metadata to generate analysis and fulfill your request. This may include transmission to third-party AI and infrastructure providers under contractual safeguards.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload documents you submit and that doing so does not violate confidentiality obligations, securities laws, or agreements with third parties.

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may use cookies and similar technologies to operate our website, remember preferences, maintain session state, and understand how the site is used. Your browser may also store account session data, saved items, and unsent drafts of Marketplace or onboarding forms on your device. You can manage cookies and site data through your browser settings. Disabling them may affect sign-in and other site functionality.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to:

  • Provide the services you request and fulfill orders
  • Maintain business records and resolve disputes
  • Comply with legal, accounting, or reporting requirements
  • Enforce our agreements and protect our systems

Downloaded reports and files are saved to your system. Uploaded documents may be processed by third-party service providers that support document storage, processing, and analysis, as further described in this policy. We keep account, profile, Marketplace, verification, order, billing, and support records while your account or listing is active and afterward only as long as needed for the purposes listed above. You may correct or remove published profile and Marketplace content through your account or by contacting us. Removing a public listing does not erase copies other users already received.

9. Security

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information we hold about you, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also ask us to correct directory or verification information, as described on our corrections page. We will respond to verified requests in accordance with applicable law.

Where applicable, we support rights aligned with frameworks such as the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), subject to verification and legal exceptions.

11. International Users

If you access our services from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate. Those locations may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.

12. Children

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top indicates when it was most recently revised. Material changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

14. Contact Us

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or wish to exercise privacy rights, please contact Wanderport Corp through the Issuer Works contact form.
