Accountant Needed for Financial Statement Preparation

We are a public issuer seeking an experienced accountant to assist with preparing our quarterly and annual financial statements. The scope includes reviewing accounting records, reconciling accounts, preparing financial statements and supporting notes in accordance with U.S. GAAP, and coordinating with management and securities counsel for timely reporting.
