Ticker Symbol Change and Reverse Stock Split Execution

We are seeking an experienced provider to help us execute a ticker symbol change and a reverse stock split. These two corporate actions need to be coordinated carefully to ensure a smooth transition with minimal disruption to trading and shareholder records. We need support navigating the procedural requirements for both actions, including coordination with the relevant exchange or market, clearinghouses, and other involved parties. The provider should be familiar with the sequencing and timing requirements that apply when both actions are processed together. We expect the provider to guide us through each step and help ensure all necessary notifications and filings related to the corporate actions themselves are submitted accurately and on time.

Deliverables
